Here's just one of my unhappy customers comments

Karlan Properties was hired August 2018 for home improvements. Money was given to obtain materials needed for job. Materials were purchased by owner instead. Karl R. owner of business did not complete job and did not return money minus the deduction of small amount of work done. To this date, owner owes 5000.00. He was given multiple opportunities to correct the situation. He no longer answers phone calls or Text messages or emails. Account_Number: 08/14/ 2018

Work Description: Contractor Comments: This man is a fraud. He is not an electrician and has messed up my electrical work which has cost over 13k to fix. He took the money and ran. He never completed anything and his work had to be all redone. Do not hire him. I will be filing many suits against him.
