About Us

What We Do

We make a mess of  both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are ALWAYS a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and Destroy multi-phase jobs. 

Working Together

We work hard at not getting caught doing unlicensed work, and when we piss off enough people we change our name. Our business was previously known as Karlan Properties.
